Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Expired
  • Wrong product sent

Please email care@organicpantry.co within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product + packaging

Once approved, we'll either:

✅ Send a replacement
✅ Issue a refund (within 7–10 working days)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Free samples
  • Products reported after 3 days of delivery
