We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please find our shipping policy details below.

1. Shipping Area

We exclusively offer Domestic Shipping within India. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations. All listed prices and shipping charges are in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in New Delhi within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your shipment's tracking ID and a link to track its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's website.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delivery delays or package loss resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
